Exhibitors

Exhibition stands are available at a cost of P10,000 which allows you one free delegate pass. Potential exhibitors are encouraged to book their space at the 2010 Conference early. Spaces are limited and are on a first come first served basis. This year the exhibition will be in the room that the tea/coffee and wine tasting functions are held in.  A floor-map of this area is available as a pdf on this page. Provision of Exhibition Infrastructure

A standard shell system is offered for use throughout the exhibition, allowing exhibitors who have their own portable systems to erect these within the shell scheme. This approach is especially pertinent for events of a short duration and ensures a professional appearance to the whole event, rather than a ‘flea-market’ look.

Configuration

The standard exhibition stand package is based upon the following configuration, allowing for variations due to the actual layout:

• Exhibition walls, based on a 3 x 3 metre configuration
• Fascia board – colour to be standard and co-ordinated with event branding
• Company name on fascia (not logo, an average of 20 letters)
• 15 amp power point
• 1 x double fluorescent light
